What this role involves:

  • Liaising with customers in person and over the phone
  • Liaising with work providers and updating on-line systems
  • Updating and loading information into the body shop management system
  • Booking in customers for estimates and repairs
  • Arranging the collection and delivery of customers vehicles and courtesy vehicles
  • Checking in and out both customer and courtesy vehicles
  • Process payment of customer's policy excess and VAT where applicable
  • Handing over completed vehicles and paperwork to customers
